Grant Anderson + Family
February 15th, 2012
The Anderson family is one of my favorite families to photograph! I have been able to capture them for the last 3 years and have loved every photo-shoot. This was the first with little Grant Anderson… and it was precious. As babies do, he has changed so much in the last couple of months since I have taken these photos. Nevertheless, I had to show them to you!

Allen and Emily – E-session!
February 14th, 2012
Allen and Emily are some of our best friends here in Columbus and it was so much fun capturing images of their engagement and wedding! I am so behind updating this blog – that I am posting some of my favorite photos of their Engagement Session even though I have already photographed their wedding!
This couple is beautiful – both inside and out – and though I know that is cheesy… it’s true. Enjoy!

We grabbed a bite to eat at Brick Oven at Tigertown and then on the way out to the car – we used the lights of the parking lot to grab a few shots!
And because they are such a hilarious couple, I had to show you this picture (below)! If you can’t tell, Emily is an Auburn grad and Allen went to UGA.
Life has been busy… photographing stars!
February 9th, 2012
My last post goes all the way back a couple of months to November of 2011 and I apologize that I have not updated or added any recent work. Among the craziness of the holiday season, I was busy studying to take the MCAT and applying to a couple of Medical Schools! I had to let a few things slide – and updating the blog was one of them… however, I am back and thankful for a normal routine.
I have so much to show all of you and look forward to updating you on the photos from the last couple of months. One of the things I have recently become addicted to (besides the Big Bang Theory!) is taking pictures at night using long exposures! Below is a sample of the shots that I have taken – and most of them are from the Farm… enjoy.
One of the things I LOVE about taking pictures of the sky at night is that I almost always get a different result! The sky is constantly changing formation and colors. One night, I read online that we were to expect a busy meteor shower early the next morning – SO I went up to the Farm and waited for hours (it was 20+ degrees) and didn’t get much!
And finally, I got a shooting star – though you have to look through the tree branch. At that point, I was happy with anything!

I love that Milky Way!!!
